Problem Statement
Facing a decline in user engagement and conversion rates due to the ineffective design of its product listing page and product description page on both the app and website. Users find the current pages to be cluttered, difficult to navigate, and lacking in essential information, which leads to frustration and a decrease in overall satisfaction.
By redesigning these key pages, Our aim was to create a more intuitive, informative, and visually appealing experience that will enhance user satisfaction, improve navigation, and ultimately drive higher conversion rates.
Research
I began with a comprehensive research phase to understand user behavior and pain points. This included:

Stakeholder Interviews: Conducted interviews with our team to understand what business needs and priorities
Analytics Review: Analyzed website analytics to identify patterns in user behavior and drop-off points.
Competitor Analysis: Reviewed competitors' product pages to benchmark against industry standards and identify best practices.
Based on the research findings, I brainstormed and developed several concepts. Key ideas included:
Simplifying the layout to reduce clutter.
Enhancing the visual hierarchy to guide users through the page.
